Was a fantastic day for a scrimmage. We all played hard and I hope everyone learned lots.
We have lots to work on before our bout on the 14th but we have plenty of time get there.

4:15 - a HerbaLife protein bar
6:00 - Steak, baked potato, broccoli salad, garlic toast, multivitamin, cell activator, total control, flora-fiber
9:00 - a HerbaLife protein bar, multivitamin, flora-fiber
And water, water and more water :)
