Well it's hump day, but it's also Fresh Meat Day!
So excited!! I love Fresh Meat Day! And I am hoping that the turn out today is huge after all the feedback after our game this past weekend. We had soooo many people that wanted to know how to join after watching us on the track.
I can't wait to see all the eager new faces that come out to try on skates tonight!
Amendment to yesterday's log:
Supper last night was BBQ ribs and baked potatoes.
Food for today:
6:30 - HerbaLife shake with 3 tsp. PP and 1 scoop PDM, multivitamin, cell activator, total control, flora-fiber
8:30 - green tea
9:15 - an apple and yogurt
12:00 - Spinach salad, tomato, yogurt, kiwi, multivitamin, cell activator, total control, flora-fiber
3:00 - cottage cheese
5:30 - HerbaLife shake with 3 tsp. PP and 1 scoop PDM, multivitamin, flora-fiber
7:00 - H30 and derby practice
9:30 - a high protein snack
And water, water and more water :)
