I'm at a loss for what to write about today. I am very distracted with all the game planning and prep stuff that still needs to be completed tomorrow.
Game day is nearly upon us, make sure you don't miss out and get a ticket today!
Amendment to yesterdays log:
Supper last night was smokies and mashed potatoes. And after practice I had a gin and cranberry with some wings during our meeting.
Food for today:
6:30 - HerbaLife shake with 3 tsp. PP and 1 scoop PDM, multivitamin, cell activator, total control, flora-fiber
9:15 - an apple and cheese crisps
12:00 - Field greens salad, tomato, yogurt, kiwi, ice cream cake, multivitamin, cell activator, total control, flora-fiber
3:00 - cottage cheese and cherries
5:30 - HerbaLife shake with 3 tsp. PP and 1 scoop PDM, multivitamin, flora-fiber
8:30 - a high protein snack
And water, water and more water :)
